Making Banking More Comfortable

TD Canada Trust commissioned this design effort to recondition the existing Online Account Advisor Tool. The old app had several design problems that were reflecting poor completion rates and an excessive amount of support related calls. The new design would enhance customer experience, wrapped in a user-centric approach; providing a strong sense of brand recognition and TD's core values.

Daycare Budget App

Improving Toronto's Daycare Practice

City of Toronto commissioned this UX Design effort to revamp the Budget submission channel for more than 600 subsidized daycare centres. The legacy process was executed through spreadsheets: centres would take several weeks to complete an Excel™ file and submit it to the City for approval; such a cumbersome operation, filled with many input errors, that resulted in great dissatisfaction. Data input issues generated high volume of phone calls with repercussions in loss of productivity.
